Boost Winter Immunity

In winter months remember to regularly tap over your thymus to activate your immune system to help ward off the winter bugs and viruses.

The thymus is an endocrine gland located behind the sternum bone. Tap 2cm below the sternal notch (the V hollow felt at the bottom of the throat).

    Also tap the left spleen point at the same time, tap both 19 times, much more beneficial.
