Catherine is an experienced teacher of Kinesiology and Aura–Soma Colour Therapy.

Since 1986 she has become recognised for her extensive knowledge in the fields of natural health. Catherine is Nationally and Internationally registered as both a Kinesiologist and a Colour Therapist.
