Hazel Hudson

Hazel is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Kinesiology Practitioner, Aromatherapist and a Registered Natural Health Practitioner.

I am passionate about people of all ages achieving their full potential.  I use the skills I have built up over the last 30 years to support people who want to create Positive Sustainable Change in their lives.

The tools I use to include

  • Neuro Linguistic Kinesiology
  • Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology
  • Practising and teaching Tai Chi

I also use the real-world skills built up in over 30 years of corporate experience to provide Holistic Career Coaching.  I provide three consultations each including a kinesiology balance to help clients define and achieve their goals.  The sessions provide:

  • Imaging and Envisaging
    • written document detailing your dream job and a kinesiology balance to ensure you are fully aligned with your goal
  • Roadmap Mapping
    • Defining what skills, actions and resources you need to get to your dream job, a docume
      nt detailing them and a kinesiology balance
  • Selling and Positioning
    • Creating a story around your CV, documenting in a PowerPoint Presentation your value and what you can bring to an organisation, your capabilities, strengths and experience, why an employer should hire you, and a kinesiology balance.
