Judith Paterson

Judith is an NZ  Natural Therapies Practitioner, having trained and completed her Classical Kinesiology Diploma in the UK in 2001.

Are you feeling feeling stressed? In pain? Been told you have IBS? Do you suspect you may be intolerant to some foods because you’re often bloated and suffering from reflux?…

Maybe you’re feeling you can’t express the real you and that people don’t really ‘hear’ you?

Do you feel ‘out of balance’, tired, fatiigued, generally ‘out of whack’ and people are starting to notice?

I’d love to have a chat with you to see if I can help find the ‘hidden obstacles to your success’.

Please feel free to contact me for a complimentary 10minute call to determine whether I’m the person to be able to help.

I offer a broad based down-to-earth approach, using a variety of Kinesiology techniques, from my clinic in Hobsonville Point near Auckland.

A former teacher, and with my Sports Therapy background, I help my clients travel their ‘Life Journey’ with as much ease as possible.

Having been involved in education for many years my passion is still in educating and facilitating change.  I encourage every one of my clients to make informed decisions –  turning their life around so they can feel free to choose their own path.
Judith works from Hobsonville Point in Auckland.
